Consecutive to last August, the research group of Prof. Juergen Pleiss at Universität Stuttgart invited again to a two-days hands-on workshop from January 14th-15th. Supervised by Max Haeussler, Jan Range, and Sascha Michael Gabriel all participants had the opportunity to customize EnzymeML-integrated python tools – such as the MTPHandler, Chromhandler, and Catalax – for their own research projects. 💻

Over the course of two intensive days, we laid the foundation for the automated analysis of raw data from 96-well plate readers and HPLC systems. A major highlight: all processed data is automatically converted into a FAIR data format, ensuring reproducibility, transparency, and long-term usability.

And of course, after working hard, we made sure to enjoy some well-deserved great food in the evening! 🍽️

We would like to thank everyone involved for two wonderful, productive, and inspiring days. We are already looking forward to the next time! 🙏
